with energy, can I still attend?
Absolutely! Whether you're experienced or not, the best way to approach a KA class is with a beginner’s mind. Being sensitive to energy has nothing to do with experience—it is about feeling, not knowing. All you need to do is relax and keep an open mind.

Is it necessary to repeat the practice? How often should I do it, or is one session enough?
Even a single session can create powerful shifts. You’re welcome to return whenever you feel called to continue. Ultimately, it’s about what feels right for you.
Everyone experiences this process differently. Generally, the more sessions you have, the deeper the experience, with each session offering something new and unique.
What happens
after the session?
90% of this work is integration.
After a session, you may feel the energy — Kundalini. Remember, this is YOUR energy, the energy of the life.
Reflect on your session, identify action steps to bring your shifts into daily life, and stay mindful of the people and experiences around you. Spending time with loved ones, connecting with nature, and exploring life’s magic are great ways to integrate. Avoid alcohol or substances at least for 24 hours, as they can diminish the energetic changes.
You might feel extra sensitive—this is normal, as you’re shedding what no longer serves you to step into your full power. You may experience a purifying process, feeling unwell or needing rest. Everyone’s journey is unique.
Connecting with nature, whether by walking barefoot, swimming, or having a salt bath, can help ground and integrate. Drink plenty of water, as energy work depletes minerals. You might experience headaches or creative bursts as your energy shifts and your brain rewires.
Honor how the energy moves through you. If you feel like dancing, dance. If you need quiet, embrace it.

What is the difference between a kundalini activation in-person
& online?
The online and in-person classes are quite similar. Some people feel more relaxed and open to receiving energy in a group setting, while others prefer the comfort of their own home, which can influence the intensity of the experience. For some, the energy may feel slightly milder online, while for others, it feels just as powerful. Beginners may need one or two additional sessions online to activate compared to in-person.
